**Title: Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Return** I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was unprofessional and inattentive. The check-in process was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. The room was far from what was advertised — it was dirty, smelled musty, and several amenities were broken, including the air conditioning. We requested a different room, but were told none were available, with no offer of apology or compensation. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and when they did come, they barely cleaned anything. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation. ---

The hotel was pretty decent for the price! Simple room with basic amenities but overall quite clean. Only downside is it’s abit far from other attractions but if you drive it’s ok

Value for money hotel can walk about 10 minutes to the bus stop to get the bus to Singapore. But better if u hv ur own car will be more convenient
